Some permit records name a contractor. Many do not. When a record names no contractor, the digest labels it exactly that way. The label describes the permit record only. It is not a promise about the job, and it does not mean a job is open, unclaimed, or waiting.
The permit records hold project information: addresses, work descriptions, dates. They do not hold phone numbers, email addresses, or homeowner names, and Shaktisa does not look those up from anywhere else. What you get is the project. Reaching the people behind it is your own follow-up, the way you already work your territory.
One catalogue: the digest that finds the work, and the kits that price it. Everything below carries its true state.
The weekly Monday digest of new permitted projects in your trade and your territory, grouped by project, with applications in progress shown separately. One trade, one territory. Standard: $99 CAD per month, or $990 CAD per year.
Outcome capture inside the digest: as you work each lead, you mark its result, and the digest keeps the record with the lead. It joins this catalogue when its activation sitting completes. No page offers it before then.

The spreadsheets that price the work the digest finds: quote it, invoice it, and track the payment. Each kit is one payment and yours to keep, in Excel and Google Sheets versions, with a Quick-Start Guide.
A working job-costing system: enter your labour, materials, subcontractors and other costs, and it recovers your overhead, applies your profit by markup or margin, adds tax, and produces a clean, branded quote your client can sign. Your costs, overhead and profit never appear on the client page.
